We collect only what is needed to quote and perform a detailing appointment: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the service address, and details about your vehicle. Photos you send us of the vehicle are used to prepare an accurate quote.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, provide quotes, schedule and perform appointments, and contact you about your booking. If you are a recurring customer we retain your vehicle and address details so you do not have to repeat them.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to run the business, such as payment processing, or where required by law.
Website data
This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. That data is aggregate and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies through your browser without losing access to any part of the site.
Retention and your choices
Customer records are kept as long as needed for service history and for legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by calling us.
